How do you properly rate perfection? The only way I can think to explain is that... We want to come back to Helsingborg purely to stay at this hotel again. Everything about the room was perfect, including the best shower we've had in Europe. The Atrium bar in the lobby was wonderful, with the best dessert and drinks we've had, period. Lovely staff, amazing location, all around 10/10 no notes.

We stayed in a junior suite. The room was spacious and even had double sinks. We enjoyed the ambiance of the room and the hotel itself. Service was ok and breakfast on the better side of things.

Do mind that that the hotel is located next to a busy square with late-night drinking spots. We were located on the bottom floor and there was quite a bit of noise from the happy drinkers outside on a Saturday evening. Something to keep in mind if you're sensitive to these things!

Our stay at The Vault Hotel was unfortunately very disappointing. We paid 295 EUR for room 105, but the noise level made it impossible to sleep — constant street noise combined with loud footsteps from the stairs kept us awake the entire night.

When we addressed this at checkout, the only explanation we were given was that “the windows can’t be changed,” which doesn’t solve the problem or match the expectations of a hotel in this category. At the very least, guests should be clearly informed if a room is unlikely to offer a proper night’s rest.

What has been even more frustrating is the lack of follow-up. The receptionist promised that the manager, Annelie, would contact us and gave us her direct email. Despite sending two emails and waiting over two months, we have received no reply — not even an acknowledgement.

Both the experience and the customer service have been far below what we expected.

Very unpleasant service from young lady on day of my arrival. Extremely unfriendly and arrogant. The hotel is an historical beauty. My room was tiny, in fact the bathroom was bigger so had to open my double sided Italian suitcase in there. Breakfast was good. Reception on exit was better. Certainly need some training in customer service.

Beautiful hotel from entering to the service at reception to the room! The decor is stunning and the ambiance relaxing. As you walk up stairs you have some gorgeous smells or you can choose to use the cylinder lift which is the oldest lift in Sweden.

Parking is a little sparse but available further down the road. Amenities are close but with plenty of bars restaurants and shops all in walking distance.

Definitely recommend this hotel. Just lovely

I am writing this review after 4 months just because today I was in another hotel and it reminds me to share my experience of this hotel. We were there for my 40 birthday breakfast with my kids and they told us that we can’t sit inside restaurant because of we had stroller and that would take some space. And also they charged us for our two years old kid who doesn’t eat really so much food. If you have kid you understand me. Anyway I have confirmation from hotel that this hotel is not child friendly hotel and that’s super strange to me. If you have a kid don’t go there but for business trip works fine with good location.

I got a small room close to the conference facilities so there was some noise. I had asked for a quiet room. It was really hard to get the water temperature right. Either it was ice cold , or steaming hot. Ended up taking a cold shower. Tv didn't work at all. Comfy bed . Wonderful breakfast

Fabulous hotel in a superb central location. Friendly and helpful staff and terrific breakfast. Beautiful reception area and bar and quirky old fashioned lift. We were very nicely upgraded to a suite which was very comfortable. Only one gripe was that the fridge in the room wasn't working but that didn't detract from overall satisfaction during our 3 night stay. Thoroughly recommended - and at a great price to.
